Man Plans To Ride Hurricane Irma In Protective Hurricane Suit
A man that Miami residents are calling “Hurricane Joe” is planning the most dangerous stunt we’e ever seen. People are calling him insane and others close to him say he has been under psychiatric care for nearly 15 years.
“Hurricane Joe” says he will not evacuate his hometown of Miami. He will stick it out in his Iron-Man like suit provided to him by his deceased uncle, a lifetime inventor.
“I ain’t seen no hurricane yet that has bothered me any,” said Joe. “And this here suit is foolproof. Nothing can penetrate it. I plan to sit on the shoreline and wait for her. I’m ready for Irma to take me for a wild ride!”
Joe says he expects Irma to pick him up and spin him around at 180 mph. He insists that the protective suit will keep him alive and plans to film it all through the built-in recording device in the helmet.
“This suit is padded inside,” said Joe. “No matter what I hit or where I land I’ll be all right. Betcha 100 bucks! I’ll be back to collect.”
Although Miami is under a mandatory evacuation, authorities say they could not stay behind to force anyone to leave.
